The Granada Provincial Energy Agency has experience on different European Projects, with which it gets support for its general sustainable energy promotion activities. In fact the Energy Agency was created in 2001 by means of the European SAVE II call, and since then the Energy Agency hasn't stoped on participating in European initiatives:

As well the Granada Energy Agency participates and/or collaborates in different European initiatives, such as the Covenant of Mayors www.eumayors.eu , or the European Energy Agencies Network www.managenergy.eu . Thus, the Energy Agency has the experience and capacity to participate in new European initiatives related to sustainable energy promotion, being able to promote the results and outcomes within it's European and National contact network, as well as among over 170 municipalities and nearly 1.000.000 citizens of the Province of Granada.
